Today, we're introducing a new way for you to find the best gift cards: ScripSmart Browser Extensions.
Browser extensions or add-ons enhance the functionality of your browser. They're easy to download and we've designed ours to work with Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
We created the extensions to help you find the best gift cards and avoid the worst. We've had merchants with excellent Gift Card Scores display their gold badge directly on their website. It's a great way to let others know they offer a consumer friendly gift card. However, we don't anticipate those with low ratings to willingly display their badge. These extensions give you the option of seeing the ratings on hundreds of merchants who have been rated by ScripSmart directly on thier website.
You can download the extensions on our tools page. Once downloaded, you'll see a small Gift Card Score icon in the bottom right of your screen. This will only appear if the website you are visiting has a gift card which has been rated by ScripSmart. For example:
If you'd like to know more about the quality of the gift card, just hover over the icon and you'll see more details. For example here is the Bass Pro Shops gift card:
